The S. Michele farmstead is idyllically set amidst the rolling hills of Volterra surrounded by woodland, ancient olive groves and a unique landscape (440 metres above sea level)
The Lottini family, who have been respectfully running the farm for more than a century intent in maintaining local traditions, offer warm hospitality to their guests. 
The farm produces a variety of honey and excellent red and white wine made from fine quality grapes that can be tasted and purchased directly on the farm.
Extra virgin olive oil (certified Tuscan i.g.p) is produced from more than a thousand olive trees.
The woods on the land are thriving in deer which may be hunted at certain times of the year.
Two detached farmhouses have recently been renovated, one of which offers two apartments and an
underground garage.
